Yes I always think about this.. Agar aapki body ko kisi cheez ki need hai to aap ko signals dedeti hai chahe bhook lage ya pyaas jab pyaas lage tab paani peelo.. Lekin maine kuch logon ko dekha hai jo 1 din ka water intake ka target rakhte hai 7 liter 8 liter matlab pyaas lagi nahi hoti hai lekin fir bhi target poora karne ke liye paani peete hai

I were suffering from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome)....But brfore 3 yeard ago i used to drink 3 to 4 ltr water daily and my 90 percent problem had gone... I think for some people it is good to drink access water...

Finally someone speaking sense... ayurveda also says thirst n water consumption for individual is different like appetite and every person should drink water as per his body n thirst. But all doctors have now generalised every person to drink 4-5 liters of water which is just errotic
