I say by the age of 19 or 20 or his age during Episode II he would be on par of Yoda and Sidious. By Revenge of the Sith or at the age of 23 he would be more powerful than either of Yoda or Palpatine by 3 notches. I may be off by a few years. He may be even more powerful than Sidious and Yoda by the time of Attack of the Clones.

I think this story needs a part 2. The final clash between Skywalker and Kenobi, along with the emperor either trying to replace his obedient lap dog for a "younger stronger" apprentice or Anikan just deciding that it was time to take over and actually have his own apprentice that kills him off, as the rule of 2 goes. Everyone that's important to the story is still alive, even the birth of the twins is still on the table. Again, they could be the exact reason for it all changing for the good. IDK? Just think there's more to explore in this what if theory!

Palpatine would undoubtedly use Maul and and even Dooku 'atleast' until Vader hit adult hood. This isn't even realistic....
