He still joins the Dark Side and becomes the apprentice, but doesn't allow himself to become a twisted version of the man he was by Sidious' influence across the Clone Wars, holding on to his original ideals for fixing the galaxy with the Separatist movement.

What if Anakin was trained by Dooku?

Count Dooku, who, like Anakin, was a prodigy in both the Force and lightsaber combat, was trying to create an "offshoot of the Jedi Order" based on the idea that compassion for regular people necessitates having a connection or even attachment to regular people. In that respect, he sees Anakin as the perfect opportunity to fulfill both his beloved Qui-Gon's dying wish to have the Chosen One trained in the ways of the Light Side, and to prove that his principle works, because having grown up as a slave in the Outer Rim raised on smuggler's stories, Anakin is more connected to the "regular people" of the Outer Rim than almost any other untrained Child of the Force.

Will either of them turn to the Dark Side, or will this lead Dooku down the path that he had truly wished for, the path that Sifo-Dyas always knew was possible?

What if when the Jedi council first denied Anakin training, they decided to free his mother? There logic would be that, since he won't be trained as a Jedi, being with his mother would not be a problem. And it would be right to free her so they could be together.

Maybe when they decide to train him his mother has already been freed?

This episodes amazing. I love how you spent the time to show how master sinube would both help anakin and obi wan. I never thought of it. But he’s the perfect master for them. Patience, trust and hope. All the things they needed. This is the perfect episode. Amazing!

What if Oppo Rancisis had trained Leia and/or joined the rebellion? I love how you give some attention to less a-list jedi (as in Savage being trained by Shaak ti) and Rancisis would be a cool one to dive into.
What if Ahsoka had been found and trained by Darth Sidious? Dark side Ahsoka simply sounds interesting.
Aaand because the two are just soooo damn great together (and dearly underrated): What if Aayla and Kit had actually engaged in a relationship?
