The Bendu was a mythical being of the neutrality in the force from the planet Atollon. What If the Bendu Trained Anakin Skywalker? When would he get access to training Anakin? Would he reach out to Skywalker or would he be brought to Bendu? What could Bendu teach Anakin about the force? Would Bendu have a greater effect on Anakin than the Father or would Skywalker run away?

The Bendu might have trained Anakin better because the flaw in the Jedi and Sith was training for the standpoint of making someone weak in the force strong.


Anakin as a child was already strong in the force.

Anakin was like the genius child brought in a school midyear that no one liked and he was stuck in beginner classes, when he needed advanced classes in someways.


Because of the even as Vader, he used the force bluntly.


The Bendu would have shown him power and the taught him the finer, more detailed ways to use the force.

After all, Bendu has said more than once that he is "the one in the middle". Sounds like the best thing for Anakin

I half expected Anakin would have been trained by the Bendu as a child, but it makes sense that he was trained during the Clone Wars. Now for a new suggestion; what if Anakin was trained by the Force Priestesses? And What if Zoro trained in Three Saber Style?

I see the Bendu training Anakin to be that of a double edged sword:

On one hand, Anakin “could”reach his full potential (if not close to it, like 75-90% of it) at a rate not impeded by the orthodoxy (and distrust) of the Jedi Order (especially from the Council) nor manipulated by the Sith. Anakin would be extremely powerful, if not deemed “godlike” like Valkorion (who needed rituals and extended lifespans worth of training to get to his position, whereas Anakin just needed to hone his potential to the fullest).

However, here’s where the double edged sword part “could” come into play. Just as we’ve seen in Rebels when Kanan asked Bendu for help against the Empire during the Battle of Attolon, with the Bendu repeatedly refusing as he claims to be neutral (“I am one in the middle, I take no side” “I Am Unseen, Unknowable, Like A Rock In The River”). It took provocation from Kanan calling him a coward for him to be spurned into action (only true to form he served as a neutral threat to BOTH parties, as he destroyed at least a Rebel craft while targeting Imperial vessels).

So essentially, Anakin’s compassion and the desire to bring about change to the galaxy is going to be extremely tempered (especially _IF_ the Bendu is strict on the whole balance act). He won’t be aiding the Sith by any means, but Anakin wouldn’t be pressed to aid the Jedi either.

Bottom line: Anakin will be a powerful NEUTRAL party in the galaxy, neither Jedi nor Sith; neither Rebel nor Imperial; neither Resistance nor First/Final Order (as he is likely to possibly live a long life, NOT guaranteed immortality by any means, but could live for a long time).
