This form of algae commonly known as seaweed or sea vegetable is a versatile and delicious food that is used in cooking. Seaweed contains high amounts of fiber, nutrients and vitamins. Consuming this can help people with diabetes and also help people to cut down overweight. Here I’ve used seaweed species Nori and it is usually paired with fish, roasted vegetables or sushi but here I have incorporated the flavours into butter so I can enjoy this amazing flavour whenever I want mainly on some toasted bread.

Ingredients
. 10 g dried Nori seaweed
. 250 g butter
. 5 g lemon zest

Method
. Dry roast some Nori seaweed sheets on low flame till it’s crisp
. Crush them using your palm into small flakes
. Zest some lemon and add this flakes into softened butter
. Mix the butter well
. Refrigerate and use as desired

If you can, add some kombu in there. Also if you grind it down a looot more for smaller and finer flakes it tastes much better. Much more balanced and rich flavor.

This is incredibly intuitive budget seaweed butter - it's like making a tutorial for toasting bread. You should find better ingredients if you're taking the time to make these condiments. Using these processed nori sheets is also bad for the butter, because they're too thin and powder when roasted, so it's more prone to absorbing moisture. Regardless, I can imagine it tastes great, because seaweed and butter are amazing.
