Edit: This reminds me of the time when one of my students had a water bottle and was drinking from it during my class. The bottle brand was called ‘Smart water’ and I said “Sarah I don’t think that smart water is doing you any good, you’re not getting any smarter.” She payed attention after that.
Edit: Please stop asking why my students aren’t allowed to drink in my classroom. They are, of course they are. Sarah was messing around with her bottle, one of those plastic ones that make that crunching noise. Not only was she doing that but, it was distracting to other students.
