Shader Graph Unity 2018 | Sine Time Node Tutorial | Easy!

Right Click to Create the Following Nodes: Time, Divide, Multiply, Tiling and Offset and Sample Texture 2D.
In the Blackboard, add the Following Properties: Vector1 called Divide, Vector2 called OffsetValue and if you are feeling adventurous, Specular called Specular and try out the Slider. Enter -1 for the min value, and 1 for the max value for the slider values.
Play with the values in the inspector to achieve the desired effect you are going for.
In this tutorial, I wanted a soft, white floaty cloud effect using Sine Time. I wanted a soft floaty effect that kept the cloud in the plane, not the box.
But really, it's all about cutting the Sine Time in Half.
