Easy Italian Olive Bread Sandwich

Today I'm making homemade bread. The style of this Italian bread is also called "sfilatino" which is a crossbreed between a Baguette and a Ciabatta. It's very hydrated (roughly 80%) but it can be done in only 3 hours.
The results are a fragrant and crispy bread - thanks also to its thin shape - that you can stuff with cold cuts or fresh veggies. Let's make some together.

Ingredients (Makes 4 Olive Bread Panini)

350 g 00 Flour
280 g Water
3 g Angel Dry Instant Yeast
20 ml Olive Oil
Green Olives6 g Salt

250 C \ 450 F for 35 min

This has got to be one of the BEST sandwich videos I've seen maybe ever! I'm still full from my lunch and snack, but just looking at that bread and cheese made room for a evening sandwich! 😋

Dough is rising as I type this to serve with our Sunday dinner. I think I needed just a tad extra water here in the dry Arizona heat!

I did this with my leftover jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough at our Bakery and it was so good.

I need to try it with the olive. I LOVE green olives.

[04:23] 반죽을 두 배로 부풀 때까지 약 2시간 동안 휴지시킵니다.

- 모양 잡기
[04:50] 반죽을 가볍게 4조각으로 나누고 5분간 휴식을 취합니다.
[05:03] 얇고 바삭한 모양으로 반죽을 굴립니다.
[05:24] 30분간 휴식시킵니다.

- 굽기
[05:54] 오븐에 넣기 전 양피지를 반죽 아래에 준비합니다.
[06:06] 굽기 위해 반죽에 작은 절개를 만듭니다.
[06:13] 450°F (약 232°C)에서 30분간 굽습니다.

- 샌드위치 완성
[06:40] 구운 빵을 잠시 식힌 후, 반으로 잘라 채워 넣습니다.
[06:56] 부라타와 프로슈토 또는 살라미로 샌드위치를 완성합니다.
