That's such good information about not re-taking classes you already did well in. I also made this "mistake" and re-took OChem 1 and A&P 1 for a grade even though I already had done well in undergrad. One caveat I guess is some schools care how long ago they were (like mine were 15 years ago so it's probably good to show I can still get an A haha). I hope you get approved for the Chem 1 audit!

I also wanted to thank you for the tip about mirroring your lectures onto the TV. My study sessions have gotten much more comfortable =P

super inspiring bro! love the hustle. If you end up auditing, lowkey just spend this time grinding out ochem 2 so you are ready once you take it for a grade.

Why not just go straight to studying for the mcat since you already have all the prerequisites? You shouldn't even need to retake or audit any of those courses, since most schools have a 10 year validity period. Also, the kaplan mcat prep books are pretty comprehensive and easy to learn everything from. If you're looking to offset your undergrad GPA, the best way to do this is through taking graduate level courses, as this will create a new unique GPA. For example if you do 1 semester of graduate level courses and get a 4.0, your graduate level GPA will read 4.0 overall, and undergrad will be in its own separate column. Schools will then place more emphasis on your graduate GPA when assessing your application. This is a much better option than retaking courses at the undergrad level; realistically the only courses that should be retaken at undergraduate level should only be courses you scored below a B. Also word of advice, do your own research, 99% of these premed advisors have no idea what they are talking about.
