I really loved the water 7 arc. Absolutely one of my most favorites. When all of the voice actors became one with their characters, their performances are really spectacular and it shows.

One of the most underrated scenes in one piece. A lot of people think it's just funny but for me it's absolutely beautiful. Seeing luffy hit rock bottom and just waiting to die between those two buildings until nami gives him that little push he needs. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves that people out there are willing to die for us

Someone like Luffy who has monster strength isn't simply stucked between two buildings, he is just lost at the moment cause of Robin's betrayal and ussop can't understand him, but when he sees that there's chance to save everything that's why he broke out..
But Zoro wise... He is just simply stucked inside a chimney 🤣🤣🤣

Water 7 is the best written and animated ARC ever. Luffy pushed his power to a level exeeds his ability and he was literely about to die due to the massive gap between him and Lucci there. The story it self was full of emotions, sacrifices and insane soundtracks 💛

The only time when Luffy's dumb side was criticized by his comrades ! And I found that interesting ! There was never a scene where Luffy tell the others that he'll try to act more seriously or something !

What I find really interesting is the difference luffy has with nami and robin, in arlong park luffy knew nami was lying and was hiding something from him, but was motivated and wanted to help her no matter what, even through her lies that fooled hundreds of pirates, but in water 7 he never got why she did that or why she left, he kinda just gave up, it wasn’t until nami came through to tell him he actually got motivated which is very interesting to me

Water 7 arc was the most sad arc for me, robin back story, separation of the crew, and they have to say good bye to merry go

I love how Luffy’s first reaction was relief. He never cared about the odds, or the dire situation at hand. What was/is important to him is the undying loyalty between him and his crew mates.
