Creating a Proof of Concept for a Complex Project

Here’s an example of how we offered “try and buy” to a client at Fission Labs.

They wanted to build a data-driven application generation platform in the healthcare sector.

It was a long and complex project, and they weren’t sure if we'll be able to roll it out.

So we created a very simple proof of concept for them.

It allowed users to enter a few parameters, and based on that, a particular flow would be built into an app that could be dynamically generated both for iOS and Android.

It took us just a few weeks to build this bare essential POC, whereas the timeline for the whole project was more than a year.

It convinced the client that we had the expertise and experience required to execute it.

It’s been a few years and our engagement is still running.
