Hi Friends - I am so excited to share this easy chocolate mousse recipe. It is healthy, of course vegan and of course - gluten free and sugar free, keto and plant-based. It is super easy to make. It works as a lovely dessert if you need a Chocolate mouse - dairy free and egg free- made with fresh cocoa powder or cocoa, give this chocolate mousse recipe a try. It is 6 ingredients and so versatile. Use as a base for a tart, truffles, pudding, dip and so much more. It is fun to mash up with kids as well. INGREDIENTS: 1 Organic Avocado
1 1/2 to 2 Organic Bananas
1/2 CUP Organic Peanut Butter
2 heaping TBS Organic Raw Cacao
1/2 Tsp Vanilla (ORGANIC EXTRACT)
1/2 Tsp Salt (Himalayan pink salt)
Garnish/ topping Variations: Add almonds Cut Fruit Unsweetened Chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS: MIX and mash all main INGREDIENTS TOGETHER in a bowl with fork.
Add all ingredients into Nutibullet or blender for smoother consistency.
Scoop into bowls and garnish with toppings.

I am doing a challenge which requires a gluten free diet, so this came in perfect timing. I’m surprised at how simple this seems and it looks to be absolutely delicious 😍
