The empire had rules that seem more civilized than today's countries
The empire outlawed slavery
Each part of the empire had it's own king in charge
The empire didn't force their beliefs on people
The empire had an elite force called the immortals that would have to swear loyalty to not just the king but also the code of the empire(no bad thought, no bad saying, no bad action)
The empire had female warriors (unlike today's Iran, Ancient Persia allowed women into their military ranks)
The empire constructed a road called the abeisham road which connected the western part of the empire to the eastern part
Women weren't sexualized
The provinces that would fall under the control of the empire would not get plundered (it was forbidden by the code and only King Xerxes did it which could explain why he got killed by his own troops after a while)
prisoners weren't harmed
Cities weren't plundered (under Cyrus's rule)
The Empire's administration system was adopted by every nation around it
Some of the Middle Eastern culture is from this empire which is really impressive considering the empire was destroyed 2500 years ago
The way Cyrus treated his people would mark the entire Persian race (unifying Middle Eastern ethnicities under one rule this made it so that Persia was and is made out of multiple ethnicities not just the Pars but also Turks, Kurds, and some other ethnicities)

Fun Fact, Alexander used the roads the Iranians had built to invade Iran and that's the reason he was able to go to the eastern parts.

Your map is a bit incorrect, they had parts of Greece, Thrace, Bulgaria, Crimea, bigger part of Arabia the Caucasus ☝🏽❤️🦁💚

But after 2 centuries of rule, the Seleucids, who were descendants and commanders of Alexander, were defeated by Iran, Arshak I, who lived 247 years BC, expelled the Seleucids from Iran with successive wars and was able to rule Iran and establish the Parthian government, but in the meantime, the Romans attacked Iran, but the Roman army was defeated by the Parthian army. They ate and were under the pressure of the Parthian and Sasanian armies for 4 centuries, but finally, by the order of Queen Purandekht, the first queen of Iran who ruled independently, she paid the damages caused to Rome and peace was established between Iran and Rome

That's a Turkish king and not a Persian king, even Persian language was not speaking in that time. They are changing the history you can look it in older books of Sanskrit and Avesta 😊

The boundaries you show are innaccurate. The Persians held a large chunk of the Balkans in Thrace and held more territory in India, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. The borders you show are under Cambysis, not Darius.
