I made this video because I often see people with the worst warm ups or workout routines. Its a lot more that goes into it other than just going to workout. Preparation is everything and hopefully this videos helps you with a few of these things that you could be missing to help you perform better. Hi Mr Bailey. If you see this comment can you pleasssee do a workout program that doesn't require equipment. We don't have a public gym where i stay and I have been trying to find non equipment workout programs but it's hard to find them. Hope you see this comment. Much love❤

I'm 66. My heart rate increases a lot during my 60-minute workouts. I workout in a private gym by myself. So I only rest about a minute or two between sets. So my heart rate is up for the entire hour. You think I should do more cardio?
