Sorry best bfast sammich was the kind my Mom made when I was a boy in the 60s. Crisp bacon on toast, fried egg hard over, with ketchup.😋

It definitely needs something acidic or pickled on there to cut the fat. Thats a lot of grease for breakfast and itll just be sitting in your stomach. Youll be in a food coma immediately after. Throw in some atchara or something
