We definitely need a video about salary negotiations. I never have any idea what to ask for, and with hourly jobs it's even harder to figure out a good ammount.

I'm not sure if it was covered in video #1 but my favorite tool for an interview is a *notepad.* Write down details you want to remember during the interview, have a few notes jotted down pre-interview to bring with you, it's great. I keep that with a folder that also contains a copy of the resume and a project from college that seems relevant to the position.

I just got a call from who I interviewed with, I got the job!! Yall are just a lil bit short for me, but what I find is really useful is to make a bit of a bond with the interviewer. Find something in common and talk about it! People always remember people they like

I recently became a manager and boy howdy does that make a difference in the interview perspective! Your interviewer WANTS you to work out. Hiring people is a big pain in the butt and we really really really want YOU to be the one. So try not to worry too much. Even if your only strength is "I want this job and will work really hard, " trust me, that's awesome and your interviewer is probably going to be thrilled.

When they ask you if you have any questions, a great one is 'Do you have any concerns with my resume/application'. Not the easiest question to ask, but it's worked ok for me in my limited interview experience.
