I think it’s funny and actually kind of cute, when people in power claim to switch to 100% renewables! When current technology, renewables or just as bad, and don’t provide nearly the reliance they need to! What happens when renewables have reached the end of their lifespan? Well, you can’t recycle wind turbine blades, solar panels are a nightmare to deal with once they are no longer useful! Germany and most of Europe primarily Germany, found out this the hard way! Once gas was cut off to Germany from Russia, they said oh shit and switched heavily back to coal!

If everybody so worried about the climate, they need to understand how the Earth, goes through different stages, for example, how the northern desert in Africa used to be a rainforest as well, also if anybody really cared, they would advocate for nuclear energy! But now people like to give the money away and governments like to tax stupid shit, such as people is carbon footprint! I’m working on a website/business model where people that are conscious about the carbon footprint can pay my company X £$ and I will outsource another company with a very small percentage per person the total income to plant a tree!
