INGREDIENTS:
• 4 oranges, peeled and seeded
• 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
• ½ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer.
3. Pour it into single-shot glass jars. The daily dose of this sea buckthorn shot is about 80 ml per day.
4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Giveaway entry recipe:

GOLDEN LEMONADE
Makes 1/2 gallon

•1 flat teaspoon of Food to Live TURMERIC Powder
•Juice of 4 freshly squeezed LEMONS (use more, or less depending on how zingy tangy you like your lemonade to be)
•4oz maple syrup (or whatever sweetener you prefer. Use more, or less depending on how sweet you like your lemonade to be)
•Tiny pinch of CAYENNE powder
•Tiny pinch of Himalayan PINK Sea DandeLion SALT

Add all of above to half gallon vessel. Top up with water. Screw lid on tightly and shake vigorously to combine ingredients.

Pour over glass of ice and enjoy 😊

This is awesome! I like to add Sea Buckthorn Powder to my carrot juice smoothies~. 2 cups fresh carrot juice, 1 tbsp Sea Buckthorn Powder, 1/2 tsp. of Tumeric Powder, I Granny Smith Apple cored, 2 stalks organic celery, freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon, 1 TBSP Ginger Powder, Handful of fresh Parsely, 1 cup of water. Blend in a Vitamix and enjoy!!!

CHINESE BROWN SAUCE
⅓ cup reduced-sodium tamari sauce
⅓ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
¼ cup date syrup, date molasses or brown rice syrup
¼ tsp powdered organic ginger
¼ tsp powdered organic garlic
2 teaspoons arrowroot powder or organiccornstarch

Take some black cherry's, water to the consistency you want and one of the powders, especially turmeric, ginger or elderberry! Yum!

Thanks for sharing I enjoy using natural remedies.
My Natural Antibiotic for cold season is,
Ingredients:
300 ml lemon juice
300 ml propolis with honey
300 g garlic powder Food to Live
1 tbsp ginger powder Food to Live
1 tbsp turmeric powder Food to Live
1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
1/4 tsp cloves freshly ground
5 drops organic sage essential oil
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a clean dry glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
The daily dose of My Natural Antibiotic is 1tbsp 3x a day for 10-14 days on empty stomach.
I made this a week ago. Woke up this morning with a sore throat, took a tablespoon of this and the pain immediately went away. Love the natural way to cure things.

My favorite recipe (for giveaway entry): 1 tablespoon of ginger powder, two oranges including rinsed peal, and 8oz of filtered water; blended and eaten without straining. Add other powders to taste.

Raw spinach pesto:
Fresh spinach (1 container)
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup almonds (or pine nuts)
1 tsp Parsley (or fresh parsley)
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup Parmesan (OR cashews for a vegan option)
Salt to taste

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Great on angel hair pasta, penne, or cooked spaghetti squash. :)

I love roasting asparagus and/or broccoli - toss in a bit of olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees until the tips get brown and crispy. (Time will vary depending on how thick the asparagus is or how big the broccoli pieces are.)

my receipe is:
1/2 tsp tumeric pwd
1/2 tsp elderberry pwd
1 whole lemon, juiced
equal amount of boiling water
1 tsp cayenne pwd
Add: Honey if sore throat
Rye whiskey to sleep

mix pwds, lemon juice, and pour hot water over all. Let steep for a minute, add honey to taste, rye whiskey to relax/sleep.

Serves best hot.

Organic Black Elderberry Powder Smoothie Bowl Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 banana
1/4 cup soy yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp organic black elderberry powder
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and black elderberry powder.

Healthy Smoothie with Broccoli Powder
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 cups baby spinach
2T broccoli powder
1 banana, frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
Combine the water, hemp seeds, spinach, broccoli powder, banana, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and cocoa powder into the base of a high-speed blender.
Process on the “smoothie” mode or for at least 45 seconds on high until completely blended.
The texture should be smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

My anti oxidant morning oatmeal:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 or more cups sweetened vanilla soy milk
1 cup water
1 handful of lightly steamed kale
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
1/2 teaspoon Amla powder
pinch cinnamon
pinch clove
sweetener to taste

microwave raw chopped kale in 1 cup of water for 2 minutes
add all ingredients and microwave 3 mins stopping 1/2 way through to stir
