That is why i moved to Spain. I am making my own, about organic extra virgin oil green color 200 litrers/yr with similar high results of quality but i sell my own at $10/liter to friends. I use so much but it is nice to know the real benefits on longevity.

Great video idea, would like to see more brands. I usually buy COOC approved olive oils, but that Gundry brand looks tempting. I would like stronger tasting olive oil. Would like to see if COOC oils live up to their name in quality though

EVOO has been on my daily regiment for about a year now. But I have since learned to look for single sourced (not a blend), and "first cold pressed" for best benefits.
Is there a significant difference? (other than price)

Atlas organic got very good reviews on Amazon for the polyphenol. However, it does NOT have a pungent taste. It comes from Morocco. There seems to be many certifications.

Thanks a lot, I didn't know of these olive oil brands and had been using olive oil found locally in stores.
I think I'll give the life extension olive oil a try once the current bottle is over.

Is there any measurement about the oxidation/rancidity of the olive oils?
