I like French Press. It's fast, easy, and there's no filters needed. The drawback is a bit of sediment in the bottom of your cup, but it's not a big deal for me.

My favorite method.

1). 8 scoops of Folgers ground coffee beans into a mason jar.
2). Pour water from Keurig over coffee beans because that's all keurig is good for unless you have those expensive capsules of luxury coffee.
3). Use 2nd part of mason jar lid (The doughnut shaped ring) to secure cheesecloth to act as filter. Or just use a regular coffee filter.
4). Mix with a ton of sugar and cream because it tastes like shit.

I have a pourover, but it's mainly for convenience; all I have to clean after is the cone, the measuring scoop, and the mug itself.

I use Chemex daily as well as Aeropress. When I want to take the time, and with S.E.Asian (Sumatran etc) coffee, I use a Vacuum Pot.
You should have mentioned that some of these methods work better with different coffees.
