Thanks man! I had to blur a motorcycle POV video recorded with a Go Pro 4, which doesn't have the possibility to add ND Filters, and the results were amazing :)

Thanks, really helped. But how you do return back from After Effects to the Premiere Pro after you get your clip blured? I could not figure that out.. I just rendered it and then returned switched to premiere, deleted that clip and replaced it with my newly rendered one.. isn't there a similar way how you sent it to AE tho to get it back?

Use el efecto de pixel motion blurn (desenfoque de movimiento en pixeles) para unas letras trackeadas que no me daban un buen movimiento, LES RECOMIENDO EN AFFTER EFECTS <3 gracias no encontraba solución al momento de Render se atoraban y no iba fluido
