Low energy can also be a sign that your heart is just not beating hard enough. This is what happened to my husband and he later died of sudden cardiac arrest. He had low energy that we could not really find an explanation for. Ask your doctor if you’re at risk for sudden cardiac arrest.

I actually get constipated from eating to much healthy food. I mean to the point it feels like appendices on the wrong side. When I eat my Sunday pancakes it clears out my digestive track.

I'm ALWAYS low on energy. I'm anemic. Go figure. Pimples and blemishes doesn't necessarily mean you're unhealthy. Alot of things causes breakouts. You touching your phone then your face can mess with your skin. It can happen so easily and we do these things every day.
