My "solution" to this is just do the damn thing. It doesn't work all the times, but it helped. Sometimes I just lay in my bed not feeling like doing anything

I struggle with this daily, including as i stumbled across this video, somehow this was tbe most motivating thing for me, immediately made me get up and start moving

EXACTLY. Like. You can do it. But you dont want to. So you overthink. Until you finally force yourself.

I get the Idea, but thats not how it manifests. Its "Oh, I have lots of time, so I dont need to rush myself and can chill a bit" over "Now its not that much time but if I rush myself I can do that rather quick so I dont need to start now" to "its too late, so I dont need to start"

I fix this by just doing what i am thinking of doing it...took time but it worked

Something like this happens to me but believe think what I'm going to do helps me chill a lot and do stuff calmly feel more confident and actually do stuff
