My two modes are #1 not drinking, or #2 drinking 32oz suddenly and completely. Not much in between.

I usually have 3 different drinks at all times. I need to force myself go outside and I used to luve outside. I was envying the carefree walk you took. I need to do that because jyst breathing outside is helpful. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us! 🙏❤😊

So my gf has ADHD and I have bipolar disorder. We are both fascinated by how similar our minds work. When I'm hypomanic my brain behaves almost exactly how her brain functions during a strong ADHD episode. And we seem to process the world, on a daily basis, almost identically. It's wild!

I relate to almost every video about ADHD and I feel like this is an area of research that needs to be investigated. I genuinely feel like these two conditions must share some physiological processes.

It works out well for us because we just inately understand how the other's brain processes and reacts to things - which neither of us has really experienced with many other people.

The similarities between ADHD and hypomania symptoms are shocking!

Don’t forget 75 tabs open once you get the browser up and then getting distracted by them.

Dude this was me yesterday when I went to pick up my Amazon fresh order, I had to touch all the poles in front of the building before I went inside. That was also me with the time before I started my homework yesterday and the constant water breaks😂
