Thailand's condos are reasonably priced compared to the Philippines. For 2 bedrooms in Manila with this same condo featured here is going to cost you around $400K which is way too pricey.

Nice condos. And really not expensive. Here in Germany 🇩🇪 minimum price 300.000 Euro for two bedroom condo in big towns here. Berlin 400.000 /500.000. Stay Healthy 💛💛

Since it's on the 23rd floor a major factor for me would be the parking area and if it has direct elevator access! 75k is reasonable for the unit considering it has 2 bedrooms/bathrooms.
