Thanks for showing. If someone is from the US, it is better to rent. You can get an excellent apartment for $300-$500 monthly. If you invest $60, 000 in the call option stocks, you can get a monthly income of $1, 200 -$1, 500 without losing capital.

Awesome video!
Not sure about making money back in a reasonable amount of time though.
The 1 bedroom At 8, 000THB a month it would take 22.9 years to make your money back and at 10, 000THB it would take 18 years.
I mean appreciation is good and all but that rent is not high enough for a rental property.

So like, how loud is it being that close to an airport? I know Bangkok isn't known for being quiet, but does this mean I'll be hearing planes 24/7?

its not a shoe box.. its practical and beautiful.. there's no winter in Thailand.. all the space you want is outside.. American need to redefined the concept of space and self..

I bought a unit from Noble last year but located at Srinakarin road. It is right next to yellow line monorail Sri-Lasalle station. The unit I bought is 35 square metres. I actually wanted a bigger one, but 35 is the biggest. Haha. The common area fee is 45 bath per square metre per month, so it’s roughly 19000 B, pay annually in Jan each year.

Hey Paul, just a quick correction. The 2 bedroom condo you showed is not classed as a 2 bed per se. Noble classes it specifically as a 1 bedroom plus. The actual 2 bedroom properties would roughly be around 45-46sqm.

So obviously being paid to promote this condo. There is such a glut of these condos and this is so far from central. It’s a money pit.

I wanna know 1 thing. I suppose you are on a DTV being a digital nomad, then how are you able to partner with them and are promoting it? Wouldn't that be illegal on DTV?

In Vancouver you have to pay more than that for extra parking space in popular downtown condos

if the audio equipment can just be left like that without disappearing, it's pretty wild and amazing i live in denmark one of the safest countries in the world according to so many people not even a remote control for a tv in a hospital waiting room can be left out without being stolen

It's a nice condo for 1-2 people and small budget.

Thanks for the video. Always love condo walkthroughs!! I wonder about rental income though. Thailand isn't exactly in a housing crisis.

2.2M baht is like 65K tho, one could finance a house in Europe for that and actually get like 50k baht rental income. For 1.5M baht I would consider it.
