My favourite is: 1) take one step around the equator every billion years 2) every time you circle earth, remove one drop of Pacific Ocean 3) once you’ve emptied the Pacific Ocean, put a piece of paper on ground 4) repeat, adding another piece of paper on top until stack of paper reaches the sun 5) repeat this process 1000 times. If you shuffle the deck of cards once a second during this process, you’ll be 1/3 of the way to 52!

52! actually put me in a semi existential crisis when I first learned about it. If 52 cards can equal infinity (as far as the human mind is concerned) than the complex things in this universe are effectively guaranteed to be unique, even in an apparently infinite universe.

If that's not mind-blowing, I don't know what is. If that many possibilities are hiding in a deck of cards, crazy ideas like "we could be in a simulation" seem far less absurd.
