It's not working for me I have still same issue after delete this file 😢

not working for me, so sad.
Edit: I found the solution on another video. Just go to C:\Users\Your PC User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and delete Adobe Photoshop folder (depend on which version you are using, remember to delete the exact version, for me it's Adobe photoshop 2023 beta). Then it will work.
