little update to my last comment, it seems to be working for now, because i achieve it through windows defender firewall, but i use norton too in parallel, and the connection goes through Norton for the license checking. Now its complete working, i make the same process through Norton ( Firewall > "search the programm exe" > deactivated connection, you just need to make it one time because with Norton you make "inbound/Outbound" together )

if something is not working again i will update it here. But for the moment all looks great !

I try the tutorial have photoshop 2022 too but still not working. Thé windows firewall process IS working but thé message appear again in photoshop.
I think i have to check in my Norton cause connection is made through Norton...did you have an other software to protect tour pc or only windows Defender??
