My car look like you say and have a problem starting the engine but when I check a fuel pump connector by multimeter and then the power coming through, plug the flue pump connector back in and check the circuit voltage using multimeter finally start on the engine is a normal action, let me know that's the reason why?

Diagnosis of a fuel pump is complicated for people that do not have proper training of automotive systems. How do you know it is the fuel pump? Spark, timing, injector pulse, compression and fuel need to be checked. Most individuals will not have the proper tools required to test these items correctly.
In the event of a fuel pump, this video did not show the use of a fuel pressure gage to show if the pressure was in manufacture specifications. Stop giving advice that is incorrect. Fuel is extremely flammable and should never be worked on without training and safely equipment.
