The part about “he can’t affect anyone stronger than his creator.” Is complete billshit. If that truly was the case, he wouldn’t have been able to affect Goku as much he did. Main case in point, when Goku was on Namik fighting freiza. They wished for Goku to be teleported back to earth. The dragon said “the one named Goku doesn’t want to be teleported here.”. So that means the dragon could affect people stronger than his creator.
