I think the immortality wish is still valid…in terms of the universe’s laws. Zamasu wished he is immortal within the bounds of that universe’s laws. If he wished a more complicated wish like giving him an immortality no matter what then he’d survive. Zeno just erased the universe that he is in and that includes him. Think of it as Zamasu is an immortal enemy within a game but that game is on a CD and Zeno just destroyed that CD, “killing” Zamasu

I don't know if being wiped from existence cancels out your immortality. His wish was still granted, but the plane of existence he was on is gone. Idk if that really counts as him dying per say.

I actually disagree, being immortal means you can’t be killed. That’s the reason none of the fighters could defeat or kill him. This includes beerus, I think that using hakai is just a more complete way killing. It does not erase someone from the universe it just kills them completely destroying every atom of their body and destroying their soul. The wish Zamasu made was not to be killed which means hakai wouldn’t work. But zeno, erased him from existence, not killing him but erasing him and his whole timeline. So I do think that Super shenron’s power is unlimited and for it to have been limited zamasu had to jhave made a different wish that included being erased from existence.

Immortality is “not dying”. What Zeno did was remove him from reality. It’s different. And in my opinion, the fact that the super dragon balls could bring back the erased universes means that they are above Zeno.

Both Fused Zamasu and Present Zamasu were erased from existence which means no afterlife, they simply don’t exist
