Finally, someone talked about him I found it weird how they literally admitted that the power of the Dragonballz is equal to the power of the creator, and since the super dragon balls have no limit besides how often they can be used, which was admitted that it can be changed to the users will (I’m pretty sure at least) I found it surprising that no one talked about this guy, even though he was most likely the strongest being either before, or after xeno

Here's my take, same as how namekians can split making more of themselves what if ALL namekians are just the split off parts of the dragon god and he lives on through them so as long as one namekian lives he still does, makes me think what would happen if all the U6 and U7 namekians fuse

In the Manga it was stated Namekians actually come from another dimension and traveled to universe 7 so Zalama could reside to that dimension outside of the multiverse

In the manga, Moori remarks that namekians came from another realm altogether and settled in universes 6 and 7, with a majority settling on their respective versions of Namek, though some did settle on other worlds, such as earth and planet cereal. Zalama may just live in this other realm

Who's to say Zalama remained within any of the universes, and not perhaps in a realm of his own? I always thought It'd be cool if he were in some sort of peaceful land of dragons. I mean, when using any set of Dragon Balls, you summon the dragon, but where are they summoned from? It would be an interesting addition to the lore and tie in where Zalama has been

He could also exist in one of the universes that didn’t participate in the ToP. This would make more sense sense as (if he were from universe 6 or 7) the super dragon balls wouldn’t work if neither U6 nor U7 won the tournament. Also, since explanations for things in dragon ball usually aren’t that deep, the reason for the super dragon balls being in U6/7 is probably just that U7 is the main universe that we follow, and U6 is the counterpart universe to U7 (and was being introduced into the story at the same time as the super dragon balls)

Or you could just wish or model them to work beyond your death. They can grant any wish, after all. Even normal dragon balls can have their ownership transferred. It's odd to mention him though so they'll probably loop around to him someday.

Another option is that he lives in his own “pocket dimension” outside of all of the universes. Otherwise him being in universe 7 would imply that the Tournament of Power was rigged since if universe 7 lost then no one would be able to make a wish

I highly doubt someone could capture him, he’s like… the strongest character in all of dragon ball. The dragon can only grant wishes as powerful as its creator, and super shenron can make restore multiple universes at once.

Zalama isn't a Namekian. He's the Dragon God.

As others have stated, the namekians came from "another realm all together" its mentioned in chapter 69 of the manga.
So he may exist outside of the main universes that zeno is over.

I saw one theory that he was the kaio-shin to Xeno's God of destruction so Xeno was destruction, Zalama is creation, and the grand priest is balance

Zalama is the dragon itself. It was stated by Master Zuno that super dragon balls is originally called *wish orbs, * which is also what Lord Beerus and Lord Champa calls it, before Lord Champa came up with the name *super dragon balls.*

The super dragon balls was created by the *Dragon God Zalama* and once all the seven super dragon ball is collected and the phrase was recited, the divine dragon *Zalama* will appear and grant the single wish.

I believe the dragon and Zalama is the same being and he probably made the super dragon balls as a way for mortals to call him, much like the Zeno's button as a way for Goku to call Lord Zeno.

There are so many mysteries behind the Dragonballz. The fact that there's always a Dragon and there could be a whole other world 🌎 existing behind it. Example: Shenron is always cranky and in a rush for some reason. Battle of Gods made that more clear. Its as if he has a life or something.🤔

Wasn't the reason Namekins were able to make dragon balls because they took little pieces of the super dragon balls and somehow made it their own art/skill? So by that account, it's possible that the creature of the super dragon balls was made by some other entity entirely.

I thought they explicitly said that the Namekians learned their craft by observing the super dragon balls, and that the super dragon balls were something made by one of their primordial gods and it's hinted that he's as powerful as Zeno, and maybe on-par with Zeno's father (who canonically created everything).
With that in mind, there's no reason to believe that Zalama is Namekian.
I don't think Zalama is a namekian, but a dragon himself. In fact, if you want to speculate--the original dragon balls of earth merely called for the dragon from the earth's core for a moment, so the super dragon balls were likely just created as a means from calling the dragon god from the "core" of creation. Personally, I think Zalama is the name of the Dragon God, and he is called forth by the super dragon balls. This kind-of explains why he put "pretty please" in the summoning words, not present for any other dragons, because he is not being compelled to come forth, and wanted even the gods to know that he was providing this as both a courtesy and as a means of briefly viewing creation and its progress from time to time--which would account for all the galactic/space artwork included in his first summoning.

Well, they have noted that the Namekians are extradimensional beings during the Heaters/Cerealian arc. So it's possible it exists between the universes or is in stasis by Zeno.
