Mouse and key becomes really good once you use it for over a month, my controller broke and I used kbm for all of the last season of warzone and my kd went from a 1.4 to a whole 2

I prefer mouse and keyboard when playing shooting games. Anddd controller for platformer games. It really helps a lot

This question always amazes me. It obviously depends on what your use to more. M&K will always have upper hand in reaction time when it comes to flickshots and 180% shots and overall wovement. I personally never play cod with a controller because of my playstyle.

I am a controller guy but I wanna give kbm a try. It's pretty hard now but I think I'll get used to it in a few weeks

The fact that the input balance, in the top, is 99% controller and 1% MNK says enough.

Back when I started gaming more, I switched to keyboard and mouse for Fortnite which was the best decision I ever made. But since I picked up COD recently, I don’t think I’m going to be able to make the switch back to controller because I’m so use to keyboard

Dropped most of my Nukes on controller the first couple months. Took a one month break playing keyboard and mouse only for apex to rank up, switched back to mw2 with keyboard and mouse and now I’ve been top of the leaderboard EVERY game, not an exaggeration, and my highest kill game is 64 on tdm, 1.91 KD and I’m top 1% for kills, wins and critical damage. It’s all preference, and I haven’t dropped a nuke with keyboard and mouse yet BUT my overall stats are better. It’s an even trade off. In warzone though I feel like most battles benefit with having aim assist, since time to kill is much slower and doesn’t involve two headshot with a Kastov 762 and the Lachmann sub. If you’re down to squad up and check the difference in game, lmk! Ik it’s an old post but I’d love to do some more research and deliver some valuable intel to the community!

I have played keyboard and mouse for about 3 years now
It’s all about what your good with honestly, I think moving my arm to aim instead of my thumb is better

In mw2019 where MnK still got a chance against controller player but in mw2022 bro i switch to controller

For those people are thinking why some people just keep shooting u no matter what they don't miss because they are using controller and we are using m and k so have a recoil we can't just shoot every single shot on them

I personally use both but mouse and keyboard is one of those things that takes time to learn but once you do you're gameplay gets fancy, with controller, anybody can pick it up, I personally use both, but I prefer MnK.

aim assist on controllers is meant to help with small adjustments that mouse and keyboard can do thanks to 1 to 1 movement in games without it for console players they have no chance do to the quicker reaction speed mouse inputs allow for

I guess whatever you’re used to you play better with, I personally grew up playing Counter Strike in computer clubs basements of Russia, so mouse and keyboard are like continuation of my arms when it comes to shooter games

To make it somewhat fair/equal for mnk players, they would need to take away recoil or give the mnk players the bullet magnetism (shot spread and hit box) as controller. When you see quick scope kill cams and the bullet or scope isn’t on the body but still hits, that’s bullet magnet and the hit box.
