The play at the end is mouse versus controller. As a mouse player, you can flick faster but you dont have aim assist to compensate for panic or overcorrection. Youre seemingly getting hit with every bullet by the controller player so there is no room for error.

Been playing CoD on controller since I was like 14 (23 now). A year ago I switched to mouse and keyboard. It took a couple months and now I feel like my aim is even better.

Try turning down your sensitivity a bit. But i will say, aim assist is busted on cod and ive thought about switching to controller but the things i can do with a mouse often out plays someone with a stick

Nah don't give up, I hooked kbs to my PS4 and played cod, waiting on my pc ofc.. and I never wanted to go back to controller, kbs just way better.

Ive been playing with Controller for many years but Im over and done with Stick drift. Tried SCUF envision and what a waste of money, I had 2 scufs within 5 months. So 1 week ago switched and invested a good mouse and key and im so much loving it.

Never give up I was a controller player one time cause I have small hands cause I’m young and I started switching back and forth between KBM and controller but I’m actually fully committed to KBM. Never give up😊

Give yourself more mouse pad, and keep your keyboard as far away from your center mouse position as possible. Personal preference I prefer a higher dpi and low in game sensitivity. I rely on my mouse output dpi more, since your mouse is better calibrated at a true response rather than using in game settings. I have my mouse at a 3600 dpi and ingame sensitive at roughly at a 1.7 something (I'll update this). And slightly tweak the custom sensitivity per zoom by 1.05. Keep in mind these are personal preferences to my reflexes, however a bigger mouse pad is just overall more comfortable since your range is opened up drastically. Rather than being limited to a small area. Especially if you're right handed, you would bump your mouse into your keyboard on the left trying to track those left movement shots.

I've always played on controller but I have tried mouse and keyboard and my aiming with the mouse is surprisingly good, I struggle with the movement on the keyboard. I'll be trying to strafe and hit 3 keys at once and just stop moving or press wrong keys. I can type pretty fast without looking at the keyboard so I thought I'd be good but definitely not.

Best way to find the right sensitivity on mouse and keyboard is to look at a wall and put ur mouse as far to the right as u can using only your wrist. Then slowly move your hand to the left and try to make it where you can do one full 360 with one full right to left movement. 💯 Better accuracy. You can actually look up ways to calculate you're perfect sensitivity.

I used to be a controller player back in the days of OG MW2, up to BO2, but have swapped to mouse and keyboard ever since Overwatch came out, and before that was League of Legends

Honestly it depends on the game. For warzone and games like rocket league, fall guys, and other simple to control games I use a controller. But for games with too many mechanics like fortnite a mouse and keyboard are better
