You should run some more simulation games on your benchmark, like the hard to run Microsoft flight Sim, or even your average sports game title would be cool!(just instead of all the fps games to mix it up a bit)

Great looking build as to be expected Zach! I also definitely think we are on the down turn of the craziness of GPUs. Upper tier cards are going to likely still be difficult to find because people are still camping out at places but the used market I think will be getting a flood here soon in the coming months.

You can also get the a 600$ hp pavilion from Walmart. But if you want it you should pay close attentive to see if it in stock. I say around every 3-5 months they go back in stock and sells out of stock in 2 weeks

decided to build this, chose my own case and then found an evga 1070 oc for $175, so around $750 in total for everything, very happy with it so far

I use the same case in black for my i7 9700k and 3080 gaming oc so it's actually realistic.

Believe it or not if you look on eBay and put an alert for an rx 570 and check every few hours you can find a good condition one for around the $200-ish price point
