you could also draw stylistic distortion as if the viewer has a wide field of view, but same principle required to distort the whole image

The thing with measuring with head proportion is, in anime head is ginormous, normal human head is small, so yeah not really a solid reference since it changes all the time
You can have the SAME BODY but it's gonna be either 6-8 heads depending if you go anime or realist, gonna keep that probability range in mind
