I’ve noticed some method pellets come with flavouring and when you pour the excess water away seems bit of a waste so I use that excess water to do ground bait keeping the flavour

I have seen many videos about method feeder fishing, but i use single red maggot hooked thru whole lenght on size 14 hook (harder to come off). Fill the method halfway, put other half groundbait in mold, put maggot in mold, then press everything together. This way single live maggot is sandwiched between 2 layers of groundbait. Why is no one use this in method feeder i dont know. It works really well (had 5-6 good bites where not even tiny 6mm boilie worked🤷🏻)

does the hook line has to move freely inside the method like inline feeder or it has to be pushed in and need some force to pull out so the fish hooks on itslef?
