I was cleaning the car, high winds closed the door on my wrist, no swelling or bruising but occasionally hurts when I do too much that day working out, also a single mother of twin toddlers 😅I really hope this helps! Plus I’m a hairstylist so I’ve also had that working against me smh.. I tried another way and taking it off was a painful nightmare but it helped when I taped the whole wrist..
