Thank your for bringing Dr. Kwon to my attention a few weeks ago. I had been studying the Korean swing mechanics but struggling to learn from Korean speaking sites. Dr. Kwon is a brilliant teacher of golf swing mechanics. My swing no longer causes back pain and I am striking the ball profoundly better. Again, thank you.

I don’t think these guys understand the “GOLD” that Dr. KWON is imparting in this educational program. They have found the “Holy Grail” so to speak, in the golf swing. Dr. KWON has combined his theory into reality. Good job.

I've done this drill before but I've been doing it incorrectly. With the image of pulling a landmower chord I would bend my arm going back. Keeping the arm straight gets the lower body moving correctly. Thanks!

This exercise mirrors Pete Cowan’s spiral drill in which he makes exactly the same point. The golf swing is a spiral up and around and not a flat spin/ turn. Henrik Stenson credits the spiral drill as a key part of his success. However the use of the resistance band is genius because it
makes it almost impossible to do it wrong. Well done Dr Kwon.

Love the content of the videos. I have seen the driver videos as well and imparted the changes described in the swing which made significant difference. Kudos to you and I will work on the resistance band drills. Thank you for these tips

My question is with the Dr kwon's swing does the left arm have to rotate in the backswing?

It always surprises me to see golfers struggle with these drills. I remember the LPGA player who couldn’t do the rope drill properly for quite a while. Surprising!
