I didn't know about the light being able to be removed from the lid. That's good to know for diy modifications :)

There's no denying that the black silicone looks better than the clear. I have a Top Fin 36 bow front and I really like the way the black silicone looks compared to my old tank that had clear silicone.

love the barbs its not uncommon to lose some with aggressive species, the convict looks like a hybrid maybe a polar blue.
