I have a formula in the cell that put the date in that cell and if I change the date I lose the formula is there any way to retain the same formula in in that cell instead of writing it again

One thing I might add is - since I had cells with "constants" that I did not want to delete, I tried "highlighting" the cells I wanted to delete and then followed your "Go to Home" Select "Find" Select "Special" etc procedure. It worked, thank goodness. I wish it was easier to simply delete values.

I have to put this process into a macro and it's impossible for me atm... I do the whole process but the macro only clears wherever I select rather than just the Template. It clears all my titles which is super annoying and basically wipes the template but keeps the formula. By the time I get any kind of response I will have submitted it so hopefully will get back to you on this but it's very finicky zZz
