The D2 DUO is our brand new high-spec dasht cam, come with 5GHz wifi, GPS, 3'' IPS Screen!
Record Way: Front and Rear
Resolution: 4K+1080P

The installation will be divided into the following parts:
0:00 -Start
0:07 -Check packing list
0:41 -Mount the dash cam to your car windshield
1:21 -Wiring the car charger and hide cablec
3:00 -Wiring the rear camera and hide cable
4:26 -Start your car, check if dash cam is working properly

This is the best so far. I read the manual and watched the videos and installed the cameras. It took me about 1 1/2 hrs to do everything. And it was really easy. I though it would be a bear, but not bad at all. Has a great picture. For the money, this camera can't be beat at this time.

Very useful instructions - thanks! My only issue was with the antistatic strips - especially on the front. The weight of the camera just pulled it straight off (I did wipe the window first - honest!). I ended up going straight onto the windscreen.

Very good video . I ran into a problem. The static cling did not work. I cleaned the windshield with windex. Applied the static cling per the video & it did not hold the dashcam to the windshield. The static cling film is attached to the dashcam just fine but the cling does not adhere to the windshield. Did I miss something? Any suggestions would help. Thank you.

If you're worried about cable length....Run your cables from the driver side (instead of the passenger). If it's really too short you can buy a longer cable, fairly inexpensive and should be available from standard stores selling phones, electronics

Does the rear camera also need to apply the electrostatic sticker first?

Excellent camera, and the electrostatic sheet is an added benefit. Just a minor point. Every time the D2 Duo starts, the screen displays the front view, regardless of what view the user has previously selected. I hope Focuway can improve it in the next firmware update. It is pointless to see on the camera screen what you are seeing through the windshield.

Okay I have a dumb confession! In my haste and putting my camera up I didn't put it on the mounting bracket, I just stuck it straight to the window LOL and it is stuck pretty darn good. Is it worth trying to scrape it off and remounting it on the block?
