I have a Pruveeo 4CH dash cam for my 2016 CRV, but due to procrastination I haven't installed the rear camera yet. I think I'll do the same thing you did, but I'm gonna see if I can mount the camera on the ceiling instead of on the tailgate. Although it might be easier to just do it this way

Nice clear easy to follow install. I have an accord so a little different but still same concept. I can run the long cables into the headliner and around the airbag doors. I’ll search here on YouTube I’m sure there’s tons of tutorials just like yours who can help.
