At 74, I was scheduled for Rotator Cuff surgery. I followed Dr Mandell's diet program and exercises. It wasn't long before I was able to cancel the surgery appointment with my Dr's full agreement. I could not believe it. Thank you Dr Mandell,

I want to thank you for taking the time to do these videos. To give us the knowledge that we need to know, what mistakes we are making and how to come back from these mistakes the right way. I go to therapy twice a week and when I'm home I'm doing some exercises and stretches that you have showed us with your videos and the relief is for real. thank you Dr Mandell for truly caring for the quality of life of thousands of people around the world who need this knowledge because many people probably don't have the resources to get to a doctor or insurance.

Wow! Dr. man well I wish I could give you a personal email to thank you for your knowledge and for sharing it with the public free of charge. You give hope to so many people who feel out of control and in such bad pain. I have struggled with bad head forward posture and the aches and pains in my SCM, scalene muscles and sub occipital regions as well as jaw and temporal areas. Boy I am the test book case of HFP! I was using your videos on scalene and SCM muscle trigger points and I felt terrible striking pain and tingling down in my right neck and shoulder and arm. So I looked for more of your videos and found this 2 in 1 stretch. I was in pain doing it but then... I was in no pain at all. I felt like chains of pain had been cut off me. I also felt the scalene and SCM pain back way down!! It is amazing how all our parts are connected. So Dr. M. you have given me hope and you have empowered me to help myself. God bless you. Wow...at the start I could not raise my arm to my side at all when internally roatated....at the end of my 10 sets of this....there was literally no issue doing that! This frozen shoulder is getting a kick in the pants! Thanks Doc!
