SUMMARY:
- The simplest solution to keep your hands clean is to roll up the bottom of the bag, pushing the chips up.
- If you hold your glass by the bowl, your hand warms the wine up and makes it lose its crispness. That’s why you’re supposed to hold a wine glass by the stem instead!
- To please your inner perfectionist, cut two slices of bologna in half and put them with their cut sides outwards. Problem solved!
- If you love listening to music but the speaker on your phone isn’t loud enough, there’s an easy way to kick up the volume. Take a simple drinking glass and put your phone inside – the walls of the glass will enhance the volume.
- When you rub your wrists, the friction creates heat, which makes the upper most delicate notes of the fragrance disappear too quickly.
- Instead of sinking your teeth right into that creamy delight and getting the icing all over your face, cut off the lower half of a cupcake and put it on the top, kinda like you’re making a little cupcake sandwich.
- If you have trouble squeezing the juice out of a lemon, just put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds. The lemon will become softer, making it much easier to squeeze with your bare hands.
- To break your new shoes in faster, put on thick socks, step right into those not-so-comfy shoes, and blow some hot air on them with a blow-dryer.
- Just take two plates, put the tomatoes between them, slightly press on the top plate to hold the tomatoes in place.
- To avoid the fruity gore all over the place, cut the pomegranate in half and put it in a bowl of water. Then take out all the seeds right in the water. The juice won’t spray, and you’ll be able to enjoy your meal without having to clean the walls first!
- Have you ever noticed that a lot of dress shirts have a little loop on the back? Yep, it’s exactly for this purpose! Hang it up, and worry no more!
- To save your fingertips, just use a pistachio shell for the rest of the nuts. It does the trick neatly and keeps your nails safe!

Do you know that you can keep your keyboards clean and dust free by putting cling wrap over it. I hope this helps😊.
It is also wise to get a vacuum sealer. You can do portions of your food plus saving room in your fridge and freezer, but don't forget to label it and put a list outside of what's inside the drawers of your freezer. It does saves a lot of time looking plus the energy consumption keeping the freezer door open.

Before you squeeze a lemon, roll it on the cutting board a few times. This breaks up the fibers helping you to get more juice from a lemon.

To clean dried on food splatter from the inside of a microwave, heat up a wet cloth inside the microwave for a few seconds. It will moisten the mess and makes it far easier to wipe off.

There are a number of ways to peel/slice onions without the usual crying jag that goes with it. For peeling: First slice off the rough end. Slice the onion in half while the skin is still in place. It will be easy-sneezy to peel. Soaking the onion in a bowl of water makes it easier. Keep your onion in a shallow dish of water while you're slicing. Onions are very watery. What's happening that causes tears? Each time you cut into the onion, minute bits of the moisture is being sprayed into or close to your eyes causing the them to 'protect' themselves.

You can roll any citrus fruit around on the counter and that loosens up the skin so it peels easier plus putting it in the microwave deteriorates the vitamins.

FACT: Most kitchens need an extra spot to store cookie trays/pots and pans much more than they need an extra spot to keep food warm.

I have a good one to keep leaf spinach good for up to two weeks. Slide a paper towel down each side of the bag so the spinach is in the middle. Seal and refrigerate.
Been doing this for years.

Some stoves have the broiler in the bottom drawer, and some have the broiler in the oven, so it all depends on which model you have. If no broiler, than it's a storage drawer for pans, lids, etc.

When using a mixing bowl to make pastry by hand, put the bowl into the sink and not on the worktop, much more comfortable and accidental splashes of flour are contained in the sink to easily flush away afterwards.
