I notice on other video 'on how to remove power steering line' that some mechanics worked from the top/inside the car, but you worked under the car, which (my opinion) is easy access, less "fighting" to get from inside (engine bay) to arm length w/shine light & less dropping tools onto the ground. Good video. My ? is working under the car (for me, on the ground) is little better to remove nuts & parts for leverage.

Very easy to replace if there is any engine in the car. I have a 1999 toyota sienna power steering pressure hose that I need to replace and they charge me $300 to replace it. If I could do it myself I would.

I have a 09 nissan Altima I changed twice the power steering high pressure hose, and men, to put those fine treats from the line is a pain in the ass. you feel like is turning and not getting tight, I recommend to tighten with your hand firts and then used a line wrench, it sounds very obvious but if you start right, you gonna make damages to the treats.

2003 odyssey. going to keep trying but i cannot for the life of me get the line to fit back into the car. I've put in a good 3-4 hours trying to get it back in to position. I don't know how you did that. Would love to see more about how you wove it through with it being so stiff.

does the thread on the pressure line connecting to the box have to be completely flush with the box? basically the entire thread inside the box? cause i got the right line compared it to the old one. also is it suppose to bubble alil when running on top of the fitting? i assume this is normal with the new o ring breaking in?? please help.

Just did mine..2001 chevy s10. One one end of the new hose i can still see a few threads...like its not on all the way...however, it is tight and so far i havent seen any leaks. is this normal? i was careful not to strip it and made for it went on straight. tightened by hand about 6 times around...then about 4 more with the line wrench. o rings are intact. thanks
