5:15 He didnt "suddenly decide to stop". That's a designated crosswalk and the flashing yellow lights grant pedestrians right of way. They were flashing well before you got to them and honestly he didn't appear to brake that hard.

To The1Viper: @4:20 You can't reasonably expect that it's a drivers responsibility to let you in, 'merging zipper style' in that situation. It wasn't like two equal lanes were merging into one, or similar. It was you pulling out of the parking lot, into the main stretch of road, that is exiting the parking lot. You can wait patiently, and hope, as most decent folks would do, after a few cars pass, for one to let you out. You don't just assume your god, or vehicle-owning-given-rights, and force your way in. Some situations on the road are unofficial, and for decent people to politely figure out on their own. Yes, the Karen, responded to you, whereas many would have let your pushiness go with a shrug. It takes two to dance the moron tango. You're the reason why we need laws, written into books, because some people just wont do the right thing on their own, without being forced and legislated to do so. It's okay to be wrong about something, but all too many put force behind their wrong and spew it out into the world offensively. Instead, just be constantly second guessing and unsure of yourself, like many people who are consistently in 'the right'!

I imagine that in the first clip, the driver had an unreported accident and smashed the back of their car. Now, they're trying to prompt a rear end accident to blame the damage on someone else so they can make their claim.
