My "homework hat" is a tiny stuffed cat because it also helps when I get frustrated with my work because I can pause look at something cute and stay on task/not cry and give up

I can relate. I spend my entire day cycling through different rooms because once I've been in a room too long (40 minutes 🗿), time blindness eats me alive.

My homework hat is more of an action. Every time I put chewing gum in my mouth, it’s time to focus.

The homework hat is crazy accurate for me. My school has uniforms, and before I can take the uniform off I have to complete my homework. It’s like it keeps me in “school mode”, and reminds me I still have work to do.
