He’s affraid he won’t be able to get all his books from different places to Pocketbook and they think Kindle is the best for that. FOR REAL?! Kindle is the most limited device ever. Every book you didn’t buy at Amazon you have to convert and it’s just so messy. Pocketbook is the most open reader that allows you to read pretry much any document you own or download. What a stupid video.

How about vital Info that you can charge Pocketbook 2-3 time less often and have much better navigation than kindle or Kobo?)

I don't get this film at all. Why are they not using a new Amazon device for the test?

Pocketbook is the best. Maybe you make a comparison betwen color gadget from Kindle and Kobo (if they have one) vs Pocketbook. Marketing is at the first place.

They should have compared the PocketBook and Oasis against the more equivalent, but cheaper, Kobo Libra.

0:04 📚 Reading is a great way to pass time while traveling; testing three e-readers for best value.
0:21 🏆 Competing e-readers: Kobo Sage (8-inch screen), Pocketbook InkPad (7.8-inch screen), and 2017 Kindle Oasis.
0:51 🎭 Voice actor Timothy Bentink joins to help assess the e-readers.
1:07 📖 Kindle Oasis: 7-inch screen, available in 8GB or 32GB, supports audiobooks via Bluetooth, designed for long reading sessions.
1:44 📚 Kobo Sage: 8-inch screen, 32GB storage, supports audiobooks, large library via Rakuten, unique design with side grip and page turn buttons.
2:38 🎨 Pocketbook InkPad: 7.8-inch screen, color or monochrome, 16GB expandable storage, supports audiobooks with wired headphones, limited store selection.
3:16 🏅 Kindle Oasis wins round one for features and design due to its balanced design and vast book selection.
3:56 🚂 Testing usability on a train; Kindle Oasis is first, with adjustable brightness and legible font sizes.
4:47 🖊 Kobo Sage: Compatible with a stylus for annotations and notes, adjustable light temperature for night reading.
5:22 🐻 Pocketbook InkPad: Displays over 4, 000 colors but navigation is clunky and slower than competitors.
5:55 ✍ Kobo Sage wins round two for usability due to its annotation capabilities and larger screen.
6:11 🌞 Final test: glare and contrast using a fake sun; important for reading outdoors.
6:47 ☀ Kindle Oasis: Completely glare-free under bright light.
7:03 🌟 Kobo Sage: Excellent readability in bright light, performs well.

"I'll tell you what... let's buy a second-hand Kindle and then it will win on the fact it's much cheaper to buy". What a load of rubbish!!!

I’m glad I learned the pocketbook is the way to go because anyone with device experience also knows weight is everything and the new pocketbook is light.

btw. reading against direct light? key point of smart ink technology is, it works like ink - those micro black pearls of ink absorb light so than brighter than better. Its hard to compare ebooks :)

Pocketbook was the only one with colourful display here, how can you compare it to the black and white display and say it has lower contrast? And what about any of the system features and limitation? This video doesn't say anything new to someone who is already using any e-reader.
